ENTRY PERIOD
Contest will occur on Experience Scottsdale’s Instagram. Entries for the Ultimate Arizona Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) will be accepted daily on the official entry form from Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. MST through Sunday, October 25, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. MST (“Entry Period”).
ELIGIBILITY
Contest is open only to legal U.S. residents of the 50 United States, 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor; Experience Scottsdale and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, their parent, subsidiary and joint venture companies, as well as members of their immediate families and households (including children, spouses, and siblings and/or persons living in the same households as such persons whether related or not) are not eligible.
HOW TO ENTER
All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. MST on October 25th. Entries will be collected via the following entry guidelines:
- Like the contest post on Instagram
- Tag a friend in the comments of the original Giveaway post
- Follow Experience Scottsdale (@ExperienceScottsdale)
- Fill out and submit the official entry form in its entirety.
- Entries that are incomplete illegible, or corrupted are void and will not be accepted
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Entry Period. Additional comments, tags or form submissions do not count as additional entries. One (1) prize winner will be determined from all entries received in a random drawing on or about October 26th, 2026. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded
THE PRIZE
- One (1) winner will receive the The Ultimate Arizona Giveaway prize package for winner and one (1) guest
- Round-trip airfare for two (2) to Scottsdale, Arizona
- A three-night (3) luxury stay at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess from November 9th, 2026 through November 12th, 2026
- One (1) four-hour helicopter ride with views over the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Meteor Crater and more provided by H5 Helicopters (@h5helicopters) on November 11, 2026
- Lunch for two in Sedona
- One (1) $150 Uber gift card
Prize details, including length of stay, blackout dates, and expiration, are determined by each resort and are subject to availability. Approximate retail value of the prize package is $11,852, including a three-night luxury stay valued at $852, a Grand Canyon Helicopter experience valued at $9,850, one $150 Uber gift card, and round-trip airfare for two valued at ~$1,000 Experience Scottsdale is required by the Internal Revenue Service (I.R.S.) to issue a 1099-MISC to the Winner and submit a copy to the I.R.S. Additional costs, income, and other taxes on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. No prize or cash substitutes allowed, except at Sponsor's sole discretion in the event of prize unavailability. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner must accept the prize within 24 hours of first contact and provide email address within two (2) days of notification where they can receive an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. This affidavit and release must be executed and returned to Sponsor within two (2) days of receipt, or an alternate winner may be selected. If the prize notification email is returned to Sponsor or its designated agent as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Sponsor will coordinate airfare, hotel reservations and the helicopter experience with the winner after receiving the completed affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. Travel arrangements will be confirmed before the scheduled departure on November 9, 2026. Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to Sponsor and its designated agents to use the Winner’s name, hometown and likeness for publicity purposes without any compensation to the Winner. By accepting the prize, Winner and all travelers release Sponsor (and its related entities and Sponsors) and prize givers and their agents and affiliates from all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including without limitation property damage, personal injury and/or death, arising out of participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of prize. Once the Winner release form is returned to Sponsor, the prize will be e-mailed or mailed to the Winner. The hotel portion of the prize consists of a three-night stay at Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, with check-in on November 9, 2026 and check-out on November 12, 2026. The helicopter experience is scheduled for November 11, 2026. The winner and guest must be available for these travel dates. Winner- or guest-requested date changes are not permitted. No exceptions.
Required Experience Date: The prize includes one helicopter experience for the winner and one guest on November 11, 2026. By entering, entrants acknowledge the required date and confirm their availability. By accepting the prize, the winner confirms availability for both participants. Winner- or guest-requested rescheduling is not permitted. If either participant cancels or fails to attend, that participant’s helicopter experience will be forfeited without cash payment, credit or replacement. These restrictions do not override H5 Helicopters’ authority to modify or cancel the flight for weather or safety reasons.

All entrants assume all liability for any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by their participation in this Contest. All entrants release Sponsor, Experience Scottsdale and its related entities and Sponsors, and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, their parents, subsidiaries, and joint venture companies, as well as their respective officers, directors, and employees, from any such liability.
Sponsor and their respective agents, their parent, subsidiary and joint venture companies, as well as their respective officers, directors, and employees assume no responsibility for any injury (including but not limited to any personal injury or death that may occur in connection with this Contest), damage or losses of any kind to any entrant, or to any entrant's or other person's computer or other personal property, relating to or resulting from participating in this Contest, including downloading materials or software.
Sponsor and their respective agents, their parent, subsidiary and joint venture companies, as well as their respective officers, directors, and employees are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this event or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Contest. Sponsor and their respective agents, their parent, subsidiary and joint venture companies, as well as their respective officers, directors and employees are not responsible for errors or failures of any kind, including, without limitation, inaccurate transcription of entry information, errors in any promotional or marketing materials, errors in these rules, any human or electronic error, and entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, late, damaged, or returned marked “postage due.”
Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Entry Period prior to its scheduled termination and to choose among entries received prior to the date of such early termination. Sponsor reserves the right to review all entries on a rolling basis as they come in. If entry processing challenges or technical malfunctions occur, Sponsor reserves the right to change or discontinue the entry submission procedures.
Entrants agree to be bound by these rules. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from this Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify any person it believes has intentionally violated these rules.
